Joe and Stacey Bryan live on a small farm in Bremerton, Washington. Also the home of Fly-N-Bee Stockdogs. In addition to raising their Australian Shepherds, Australian Kelpies and Border Collies, they also keep a small herd of Katahdin Hair Sheep.The goals of Fly-N-Bee Stockdogs are to raise quality working partners. Dogs included in their breeding program demonstrate exceptional abilities to perform the work they were bred and trained for. Genetic health factors, including hips and eyes, are routinely screened and evaluated. The resulting offspring are typically intelligent, high-drive individuals who may not suit the average pet owner, thus preference is given to performance homes (herding, agility, fly-ball, and Search and Rescue). The dogs of Fly-N-Bee Stockdogs are not only working partners, but friends and team-mates. They are treated with much respect and love, and great pride is taken in their incredible abilities. Both Joe, Stacey and their daughter Kayla are active in USBCHA and ASCA stockdog trials. and also participate in agility, obedience and some conformation activities.
Additionally, they keep a small but growing herd of Katahdin Hair sheep that are used for training the dogs and also used for lamb production.
